Scotts Turf Builder Grass Seed Southern Gold Mix for Tall Fescue Lawns is designed for full sun and partial shade, and has medium to high drought resistance with high durability. It can be used to seed a new lawn or overseed an existing lawn. For best results, apply in the spring or fall when daily average soil temperatures are consistently between 60°F and 75°F or air temperatures are between 65°F and 85°F. We recommend using a Scotts® spreader to apply this product (please refer to spreader settings on product label). Water daily or as needed to keep the soil surface moist until the seedlings reach at least 2 inches tall.
