Our online store platform
Our online store is hosted by BigCommerce. BigCommerce provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell products to you, and stores your order and account data on secure servers on our behalf. BigCommerce acts as a service provider to K&S Industrial and processes this data under its own privacy and security commitments.
Information you provide to us
- Order information — billing and shipping details supplied at checkout, whether you order as a guest or as a registered customer: name, company name, billing and shipping address, email address, and telephone number.
- Account information — if you create an account: your email address, a password (stored in encrypted form), saved addresses, and your order history.
- Wish lists — products you save to a wish list in your account.
- Product reviews — if you submit a review, the review text and the name you supply are published publicly on our website.
- Gift certificate recipients — if you purchase a gift certificate, we collect the recipient's name and email address from you in order to deliver it. Please only provide these details if you have that person's permission.
- Email sign-up — if you join our mailing list, we collect your email address for marketing purposes (see Marketing emails below).
- Correspondence — information you send us via our contact form, by email, or by phone.
Payment information
We do not collect or store your payment card number on our own systems. Payment details are entered on our checkout, which is operated by BigCommerce, and are transmitted directly to BigCommerce Payments — the integrated payment service that processes transactions for our store. Depending on the options offered at checkout, you may also be able to pay using a digital wallet such as PayPal or Apple Pay, in which case that provider handles your payment details under its own privacy policy.
For order administration and fraud prevention, our order records may display limited payment details such as the card brand and the last four digits of the card number. We do not have access to your full card number, expiration date, or security code.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, we automatically receive certain technical information, including:
- IP address
- Date and time of your visit and the pages you viewed
- Browser type, device type, and operating system
- The referring website or search term that brought you to us
- Search terms you enter on our site

- BigCommerce Payments — to process your payment. If you choose a digital wallet at checkout, that wallet provider (such as PayPal or Apple Pay) also receives your payment details.
- Shipping carriers — to deliver your order and provide tracking.
- Google — we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our store, and our site loads web fonts from Google. As a result, Google receives your IP address and information about the pages you view. Google may set cookies to distinguish returning visitors. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Content delivery networks — Cloudflare and jsDelivr, which serve common website code libraries and receive your IP address as part of that request.
- Email — order confirmations, shipping notices and marketing email are sent through BigCommerce.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
Marketing emails
If you join our mailing list, we will send you product news, offers, and company updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email, or by emailing sales@ksindustrial.com. Unsubscribing from marketing email does not stop transactional messages about orders you have placed, such as order confirmations and shipping notices.
How long we keep your information
We retain your order records and customer account information indefinitely, so that we can provide order history, support, warranty service, and reordering, and so that we meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
You may ask us to delete your information at any time — see Your choices and rights below — and we will do so except where we are required to keep certain records by law, such as completed transaction records retained for tax purposes. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.

- Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
- Ask us to delete your information, subject to records we must retain by law
- Unsubscribe from marketing email at any time
- Close your customer account

Our store is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and payment information is transmitted directly to our payment providers. We restrict access to customer data to personnel who need it to do their jobs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
Our website and products are intended for business and adult consumers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Where we operate
K&S Industrial is based in the United States, our website is operated from the United States, and we sell and ship only within the United States. Any information you provide is stored and processed in the United States.
