It has a German high quality profiled steel rail stock and jaws that clamp at accurate 90 degree angles. It easily converts to a spreader without tools and has large parallel clamping surfaces. It also has replaceable protective pads on the jaws, a composite plastic handle, and includes 3 glue resistant removable jaw pads, 2 rail protection pads, and an end clip that helps to balance the clamp during glue ups.
