The Basement Watchdog Quiet Check Valve’s (BW-CVK15) unique design muffles the noise from the sump pump turning on and shutting off. In addition, the pump’s discharge pipe can be seated inside the PVC section of the check valve, taking pressure off the couplings for a secure installation. No more leaning or wobbling like you see from using a standard booted check, which can cause it to pop off or the rubber to give way after years of pressure on the connections.
