Indicator lights blink when changes are made; the battery-operated timer also indicates when batteries are running low. System turns valve to the "off" position when batteries run out, to prevent wasting water. The Auto Timer also comes with a Smart Loc™ Universal Adapter which attaches to the bottom of the timer. This unique fitting accommodates tubing and dripline of multiple sizes, and the swivel prevents the tubing from kinking. Timer and adapter are made of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS).
