- Water-Based formula that requires no stripping, sanding or priming
- Apply Rust-Oleum home base coat, wait 6 hours, then apply Rust-Oleum home top coat, allow 24 hours following top coat application before walking on floor
- Ultra White Tint Base can be applied as is or tinted prior to application
