Flex Seal Liquid starts out as a thick liquid, and dries to form a watertight, flexible, rubberized coating that seals out air, water, and moisture. It seeps into cracks and holes, and can be brushed, rolled, dipped or poured to create a durable, breathable, watertight, weatherproof barrier that coats, seals, and protects. It’s chemical and UV resistant too!
