Charlotte Pipe 4 In. x 3 In. Schedule 40 90 Deg. Reducing Closet Bend DWV PVC Elbow (1/4 Bend). Used to change direction in piping and size of pipe directly into fitting hub; usually a closet flange directly under a toilet. Works well in tight space applications on second floors. Easy to install and Made in the USA. PVC is lightweight, requires no special tools for cutting and is installed by solvent cementing.
