By 2010, Eric Hodson and Allen Smith had officially lit their first pit in Memphis as Boar’s Night Out. Since then, Boar’s Night Out has won multiple Grand Championships, numerous first-place calls, and developed the popular World Championship line of White Lightning Rubs—the winningest rubs in the Steak Cookoff Association (SCA).
